Agents and Landlords warrant that they have the right to list properties and that all information provided is accurate. Raletale reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
Users agree to pay applicable fees (Agency, Legal, Caution) as described on the platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
In no event shall Raletale be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
